Check a payment, an e-Mandate or a bank without signing in
Bayarcash has three public pages. You do not sign in to use them, so you can also send them to your customers. The links are at the bottom of every page of the merchant dashboard.
Check a payment
Section titled “Check a payment”Use the Transaction Checker when a customer asks about a payment. The details come from the bank statement or the email from Bayarcash.
- Open check.bayarcash.com.
- Type the Reference Number or Transaction ID.
- Type the Email of the customer.
- Choose Check Transaction.
Check an e-Mandate
Section titled “Check an e-Mandate”Use the e-Mandate Checker for a Direct Debit e-Mandate.
- Open mandate.bayarcash.com.
- Type the Payment Reference Number.
- Type the Email of the customer.
- Choose Check Mandate.
Check the status of the banks
Section titled “Check the status of the banks”Bank Status shows if each FPX bank accepts payments. Use it when payments to one bank fail.
- Open status.bayarcash.com.
- Choose a tab: FPX (All), FPX (B2C), FPX (B2B1) or FPX (B2B2). B2C is for personal accounts. B2B1 and B2B2 are for business accounts.
- Find the bank. A green tick shows that the bank was available in that minute. A red cross shows a problem.
- Read Uptime (7D) for the availability of the bank in the last 7 days.
The page says that the data comes from Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet). For more help with a failed payment, see Why did my payment fail?.
