> The Transaction Checker, the e-Mandate Checker and Bank Status are public pages. You and your customers can use them without an account.

Bayarcash has three public pages. You do not sign in to use them, so you can also send them to your customers. The links are at the bottom of every page of the merchant dashboard.

## Check a payment

Use the [Transaction Checker](https://check.bayarcash.com/) when a customer asks about a payment. The details come from the bank statement or the email from Bayarcash.

1. Open [check.bayarcash.com](https://check.bayarcash.com/).
2. Type the **Reference Number or Transaction ID**.
3. Type the **Email** of the customer.
4. Choose **Check Transaction**.

## Check an e-Mandate

Use the [e-Mandate Checker](https://mandate.bayarcash.com/) for a Direct Debit e-Mandate.

1. Open [mandate.bayarcash.com](https://mandate.bayarcash.com/).
2. Type the **Payment Reference Number**.
3. Type the **Email** of the customer.
4. Choose **Check Mandate**.

## Check the status of the banks

[Bank Status](https://status.bayarcash.com/) shows if each FPX bank accepts payments. Use it when payments to one bank fail.

1. Open [status.bayarcash.com](https://status.bayarcash.com/).
2. Choose a tab: **FPX (All)**, **FPX (B2C)**, **FPX (B2B1)** or **FPX (B2B2)**. B2C is for personal accounts. B2B1 and B2B2 are for business accounts.
3. Find the bank. A green tick shows that the bank was available in that minute. A red cross shows a problem.
4. Read **Uptime (7D)** for the availability of the bank in the last 7 days.

The page says that the data comes from Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet). For more help with a failed payment, see [Why did my payment fail?](/payment-failed/).

## Common issues

### My customer says they paid. Can they check it?

Yes. Send them to the Transaction Checker at check.bayarcash.com. They type the reference number or transaction ID and their email.

### FPX payments to one bank fail. How do I know if the bank has a problem?

Open Bank Status at status.bayarcash.com. A red cross next to the bank shows a problem at that time.
