顾客可以自行终止Direct Debit，不需要联系你。他们可以选择两种方法之一：e-Mandate电邮中的链接，或Bayarcash mandate页面。如果有顾客问怎样停止，就把这个页面分享给他们。
顾客还有e-Mandate电邮时，用这个方法。

商家能做什么
Section titled “商家能做什么”只有付款人可以终止Direct Debit。作为商家，你可以：
- 在e-Mandate列表中查看状态。已终止的e-Mandate会显示Terminated。
- 通过API，暂停有效e-Mandate的扣款，但不终止它。
- 通过API，发出修改或终止请求。顾客会收到一个链接来确认。
