Q: I've configured everything but transactions aren't going through. What's the issue?

If you see a " Transaction Failed " or " Payment Processing Error " message after completing the plugin setup, 1) First ensure your "Test Mode" is turned OFF for live transactions. 2) Verify your Personal Access Token (PAT) and API Secret Key are correctly entered in the plugin settings - you can use the "Verify Token" button to validate these credentials. Make sure your Fluent Forms settings currency is set to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as Bayarcash only processes transactions in MYR If you continue experiencing issues, please share your error screenshots in our Bayarcash Support WhatsApp Group for immediate assistance.

Important Steps Before Fluent Forms-Bayarcash Integration

Before proceeding with the setup, ensure you have:

1) A registered Bayarcash merchant account (Sign up if you haven’t)

2) Verified and activated payment methods in your Bayarcash portal

3) Access to your Fluent Cart’s payment settings

Installation Process

Follow these steps to integrate Bayarcash payments into your Fluent Forms:

Download the Bayarcash plugin zip file from our website here.
In your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
Upload the downloaded zip file and click Install Now
After installation, click Activate Plugin

Payment Gateway Configuration

Next, navigate to the plugin’s Settings configuration.

To ensure live transactions work correctly, disable “Test Mode” and complete Bayarcash configuration for Fluent Cart.

Access multiple payment options with Bayarcash’s channels:

FPX Online Banking, DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets, Credit Card Processing (Visa/Mastercard), DuitNow QR, Shopee BNPL (SPayLater), Boost BNPL (PayFlex), QRIS Online Banking, QRIS e-Wallet, and NETS Singapore.

You’ll need to enter your Personal Access Token (PAT) and API Secret Key from your Bayarcash Merchant Console.

How do I view my transaction reports?

Access your Bayarcash Merchant Portal to view all transaction history.
You can monitor payments, review transaction details, and download reports for your records.

How do I test the payment system before going live?

Enable to Test Mode in your plugin settings for testing transactions. Once you’ve verified everything works correctly, turn off Test Mode and use your live credentials to process real payments.
