# Download wallet receipts (deprecated)

> The Bayarcash wallet is deprecated. Bayarcash now deducts its fees from each transaction before it pays out to your bank account. You do not need a wallet balance. This page stays only as a record. See [Payouts](/payouts/).

Download receipts for your wallet reloads and automatic top-ups. These receipts are useful for your records and accounting.

## Download a wallet receipt

1. Open the merchant dashboard and go to the dashboard.
2. Click **Tools** at the top right.

   

3. Click **Download Receipt**.

   

4. The **Wallet Auto Reload Receipt** window opens. You can view or download your wallet transactions.

   

5. To view a specific transaction, click the transaction row to see details.

   

6. To download all receipts, click the **Download** button.

   

The file downloads as a spreadsheet or PDF (depending on your browser and settings). You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet app.

## Tips

**Keep receipts for reconciliation.** Download receipts regularly to match your wallet top-ups with your bank statements and accounting records.

**Check for auto-reload transactions.** If you have auto-reload enabled, both manual top-ups and automatic reloads appear in the receipt.
